80 Years of Bartels
We are celebrating our 80th anniversary in 2018 – join in the celebrations!
Already 80 years ago Karl Gustav Heinrich Bartels founded the company “Karl H. Bartels”. During the war, he supplied rescue supplies to free buried victims. After the war, he developed the patented transport system for lever rollers and rolling platforms, which is still part of the Bartels range. In 1962 the first cantilever racking was designed and in 1981 we introduced the roll-out racking in Germany. A development that was often copied but never achieved. It is not without reason that the name’ Bartels’ stands for innovation in warehousing and logistics.
In addition to producing our own designs, we looked for the best products at an early stage to complement our own product range. Today, with a range of about 30,000 products, we offer everything from a single source and are committed to responding flexibly to special requests with tailor-made products.
