Automate pallet handling for all pallet types
The automatic pallet magazine optimises handling in pallet empties management and speeds up your work processes. Select the stacking or destacking mode via a switch on the pneumatic type (flex) or one of the three operating modes on the green and type 5.
Sophisticated safety sensors prevent accidents during pallet handling. The pallet magazine keeps order in the pallet warehouse or in production. Thanks to its compact stacking mechanism, the Pallet Master can fit into even the tightest spaces.
Euro pallets, CHEP pallets, industrial pallets & ½ pallets are supported as standard. However, due to the modular design, adaptations to other pallet dimensions can be easily realised.

Pallet magazine Pallet Master Flex
The Pallet Master Flex pallet magazine with its electro-pneumatic system provides up to 800 kg lifting capacity and can store up to 25 empty pallets.
The pallets can be inserted and removed with hand pallet trucks, electric forklift trucks and forklift trucks. Compressed air supply and a 230 V electrical socket required.
Capacity 15 or 25 pallets.

Pallet Master Green
The automatic pallet magazine Pallet Master Green optimises your pallet management and makes your work processes safer and more efficient. Fully automated loading and unloading operation at floor level. Quick operation for just loading or unloading also possible.
A 230 V electrical socket is all that is required. Capacity 15 or 25 pallets.

Pallet Master Type 5
Automatic stacking and destacking of pallets with the Pallet Master type 5 automatic pallet magazine. 1-5 pallets can be taken to the machine at the same time for automatic stacking or, conversely, 1–5 pallets can be taken off the machine at the same time at floor level. Operation via touch panel.
