Plug-in system for heavy loads

The tool storage rack is suitable for all kinds of heavy loads. The Heavy Duty Rack Flex offers a convenient, easy handling of tools, gauges, moulds, heavy and bulky objects “even in the very back of the rack”, as the drawers can be extracted 2/3. The tool drawer rack is the ideal solution for the storage of bulky tools. They rest on the supports of the extractable drawers in a clear arrangement and can thus be accessed quickly.

There is no need for time-consuming moving of heavy parts. As the drawers can be extracted far out, damage to the often sensitive surface of the parts can be prevented, as they can be easily stored and removed.

If the heavy-load drawer rack is loaded and unloaded via crane, it shows its space-saving capabilities and is even more flexible thanks to the individual height adjustments of the drawers in the grid by 50 mm and can therefore be adapted to individual storage requirements, especially owing to the fact that it can be expanded with additional racks.

Operation

The tool rack with drawer extraction locking-device is an extremely robust and high-quality drawer system for safe storage of motors, moulds, tools and other products. The drawers are equipped with an open grid made of support struts. An additional base support made of sheet is supplied for the storage of small parts or smaller tools. The centring of the extractable shelves is done using double guides mounted in ball bearings on both sides. This ensure good running characteristics of the individual shelves.

According to UVV guideline BGR 234 (previously ZH 1/428), after pulling out of a drawer the remaining drawers are blocked. All drawers are also equipped with an individual pull-out lock. These are supplied as selected with 2/3 or 100% extraction.

Design

Base rack: 2 base structures made of pallet rack components.
To ensure sufficient overall stability, at least 2 drawers must be installed per field. Shelf height must be 150 mm to max. 1.000 mm.
Pull-out lock acc. to UVV BGR 234: When pulling out a shelf, the remaining shelves are blocked.
Add-on rack: as base shelf but only with 1 base structure.
Colour: Base structure galvanised, drawers red RAL 2002.

Safety thanks to rack inspection

The HeavyDuty Rack Flex requires mandatory inspection. As safety is always a top priority, we offer rack inspections according to DIN EN 15635. Serious accidents and high repair costs can be avoided by effectively preventing damage to the storage equipment! Our TÜV (German Technical Inspectorate) certified rack checker provides the annual safety check for your warehouse equipment in accordance with DIN EN 15635 according to BGR 234.
