That means that they must be inspected regularly according to the occupational safety and health regulation (“Betriebssicherheitsverordnung”). This is reasonable when considering that the rack systems must withstand the daily usage. The standard DIN EN 15635 for this purpose stipulates the process for the inspection of storage technology.
